Getting started with Arrow is simple! Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, then sign up using your email address. You'll create a secure password and verify your email to activate your account. Alternatively, you can register using your phone number. Once verified, you can start using Arrow's AI-powered dating coaching features immediately.

There are a couple of ways to use Arrow's AI dating coach. For new users, we recommend following the order of the Quick Actions on your home screen—these will guide you through the key features step by step. You can also access the AI coach anytime from the chat feature to ask for advice on dating profiles, conversation starters, date ideas, or any dating-related questions. The AI coach provides personalized guidance based on your specific situation and goals.

Yes! Arrow allows you to upload screenshots from your photo library for analysis. Navigate to Match Analysis, then upload the images you want analyzed. Our AI will provide detailed feedback on profile optimization or compatibility insights based on the screenshots you share, including optimized conversation starters.

All your past conversations with the AI coach, profile analyses, and compatibility reports are saved in the History section on your home screen. You can review previous insights, track your progress, and see how your dating readiness has improved over time.

We're here to help! You can reach our support team in several ways: (1) Within the app, go to Settings > Contact Us to submit a support request, or (2) Email us directly at hi [at] arrowfordating [.] com. We typically respond within 24-48 hours.

If you need to delete your account, go to Profile > [Gear Icon]. You'll find the 'Delete Account' option at the bottom of the page. Please note that this action is permanent and will delete all your data, including chat history, analyses, and profile information. This cannot be undone.

Arrow provides Dating Advice videos with expert guidance on improving your dating skills. You can access them in two ways: (1) From the bottom toolbar, tap Coach, then tap the Dating Advice icon in the top right, or (2) From the bottom toolbar, tap Profile, then select Dating Advice. New content is added regularly to help you maximize your dating success.

View and manage your Arrow subscription by going to Profile > Manage Subscription in the app. Here you can see your current plan (Free or Pro), billing details, renewal date, and options to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play, depending on your device.

Arrow Free gives you access to basic dating readiness tracking and limited AI support. Arrow Pro unlocks unlimited AI conversations, advanced profile optimization with detailed photo analysis, unlimited match analysis, exclusive content, and priority support. Pro users also get early access to new features.

Absolutely. Your privacy is our top priority. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted. We never share your personal information, screenshots, or conversations with third parties for marketing purposes. You have full control over your data and can delete it at any time.
